In Global Investor Summit, Gujarat B.J.P. CM Shree Narendra Modi has succeeded to get investment on large scale from different Industrialists in many sectors. So many Industrialists has declared probable investment in different sector at the time of inauguration ceremony.

Investment declared from following groups of Industries.

· Adani Group: Plan of investment Rs. 10,000 crores in power plants.
· ESSAR group: already invested 20,000 crores & plan of expansion of Rs. 6000 crores in Steel Industries.
· BRITISH GAS: plan of investment Rs. 2000 crores in power plant & distribution of gas.
· TORRENT: Plan of investment in power & Infra-structure sectors & also establish high-tech research centre in Surat.
· Arvind Group: Investment of 1200 crores in Appreal Park & new investment of 350 crores in SANTEG plant.
· Reliance group: Already invested Rs.50, 000 crores & plan to establish World Standard University. Plan to establish pipe-lines to get gas in 22 to 25 cities up to 2008.
· SHEL: Plan to establish new power project in HAIJIRA worth Rs. 3000 crores and also expansion plan of LNG from 2.5 million tones to 5 million tones.
· APPOOLLO TYRE: Plan to establish world standard bio-tech resource centre in Ahmedabad.
· General Motors: More investment of Rs. 3000 crores in plant of HALOL & also plan for new 5 models of car.
· VEDIOCON: Plan to invest Rs. 15,000 crores in TV industries at BHARUCH & also Rs.7000 crores in Color Picture Tube project in BHUJ.
· PETRONET LNG: This Company has started its LNG station in Gujarat which is the first in India. Plan of invest Rs.1500 crore in new project at DAHEJ & also expansion of 4000 crores.
· L & T: Plan to invest Rs. 12,000 crores in power project & also decided to establish world standard engineering campus from 1st May 2005 in VADODARA.
· WELSPUN INDIA: Plan to invest 2500 crore in sector of Textile, Power and port of Gujarat.
· Shah Alloys: Already started project of Ferro alloy project with investment of Rs. 500 crores.
· Sanghi Industries: Plan to invest Rs. 1500 crores in sector of Cement, Hospitality & steel at Kutch.
